My new book has just arrived from the publisher, and this weekend it has been shown at the National breed show in the Knabstrupper Society and 40 years anniversary on the 30.th and 31st. og July in Randers.
As for the last book futher books depends on the sale.
The book "The knabstrupperhorse, from agriculture- to ridinghorse 1940 -1970" is a book in Danish (268 pages and more than 400 photos and illustrations).
Knabstrupperhorses
For many years I have wanted to write books aboth the story of the Knabstupper horses.
For the last more than 20 years I have researched a lot about this lovely Danish horse breed. Also other spotted breed do interest me, and my first book is a guidebook about small spotted ponies (in Germany, Great Britain, Holland and Denmark). It is written in Danish and English.
I try to make the books low budget, so the sale of this book will depend on, when the next book is being published.
I hope that my big book about "The Knabstrupper horses at Egemosegård and 1940 - 70" will be printed in the last part of 2010 or in the beginning of 2011. This book will be in Danish.
The book "Small spotted ponies" is a guide book on 32 pages and there are lots of colour photos.
The text is in English and Danish, and it tells about colours and the breed in Denmark, Holland, England and Germany. Futhermore it tells about performance, problems and there are some practical pieces of information.
